Our Role

Home Enablement Services was created with the aim of supporting people who have had a recent hospital admission, who cannot afford nursing home fees.

Our Work

We assess a patients needs and then provide skilled carers or nurses to support them with the transition back to their homes. This service runs for a duration of 12 hours a day.

The Context of Our Work

Home Enablement Services are focused on helping people who cannot meet the cost of private nursing home fees. We will cover the gap and aid you to continue to live in the comfort of your home through the provision of a team who will be with you 12 hours a day. Home Enablement Services is fully committed to supporting and contributing to the Government’s target of reducing hospital admissions and prioritising care.

Benefits for Patients

Asset Protection

Patients are not forced to sell their property to pay for their care. It will mean that patients do not have to go into a care home and pay for high-cost nursing home fees.

Patients get to stay in their own homes where they have familiar surroundings and often recover quite quickly, in some cases.

Patients experience the benefits of continuity of care, as our skilled care team provides 24-hour care in their own homes and patients are familiar with staff.

Corporate Registrations

We are duly registered with the Care Quality Commission, to provide care assistant staff who are highly trained to meet the needs of our service users within their own homes. All Healthcare assistants have been trained and compliant, and we abide by safe recruitment processes.
